At Air Plant Design Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical additions. If your plants or home decor items arrive damaged or don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your home remains a sanctuary.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos if the plants arrived in poor condition.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for non-living goods.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Securely package the items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all decorative accessories are included.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once your return is received and inspected at our studio, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
